Are you looking to elevate your career in sales leadership We are on the lookout for an energetic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to inspire and lead our dynamic team of Sales Advisors at LegalWise. As we continue to expand, we're on the lookout for enthusiastic Sales Team Leaders who are ready to take their careers to new heights and be part of the driving force behind our mission. To become a Sales Team Leader, you need to have; Matric/Grade 12 essential. RE Certification is mandatory, FAIS Accreditation is advantageous, Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on the financial or insurance sector. Minimum 3-5 experience in supervising a team of 10 Sales Advisors to meet and exceed new business targets. Minimum 1 year of In-Field Sales experience, A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle is essential, Must be tech-savvy and computer literate. You need to be able to speak English, the ability to speak more than 1 South African language would be advantageous As a Sales Team Leader you must; Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive team performance. Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members. Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that celebrates success and continuous improvement. Skilled in the art of persuasion and able to effectively communicate the purpose and benefits of our products. Express a customer-focused mindset and be skilled at building genuine rapport through effective communication. Be passionate about sales, hungry for success and ready to make a difference. Set appointments, handle pressure and must have a high level of resilience.
