Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Salon Receptionist and Social Media Marketer. This dual role involves managing our front desk operations with a friendly and professional demeanor while also engaging our community online through our social media channels. Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties: - Greet clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. - Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and client queries via phone, email, and in-person. - Process transactions and handle the cash register with accuracy. - Maintain a clean and organized reception area. - Social Media Marketing: - Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase engagement, brand awareness, and salon bookings. - Create and schedule regular posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. - Monitor social media channels for customer interactions and respond in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with the team to promote salon specials, events, and new services. - Analyze social media metrics to guide future campaigns. Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Prior experience in customer service or reception is preferred. - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. - Experience with social media management and marketing. - A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends. - Proficiency in using salon booking software is a plus.
