Unique Personnel boasts over 50 years (established in 1970) of personnel and staffing experience, so it's not surprising that even though our main focus has been providing on South African Staffing Solutions, we now recruit internationally for over 5000 clients Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP BW solutions. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data models. Design and develop robust data models in SAP BW, considering performance optimization and scalability. Implement and maintain multi-dimensional data structures Develop and optimize ETL processes using SAP BW tools (e.g., SAP BusinessObjects Data Services). Ensure the timely and accurate extraction, transformation, and loading of data from source systems. Integrate SAP BW with other SAP modules, including SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA. Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and consistency. Implement data quality measures and validations within SAP BW. Monitor SAP BW system performance and identify areas for optimization Provide training to end-users on SAP BW functionalities. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP BW-related issues. At least 5 years of experience in BW implementation and support Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. SAP certification in Business Warehouse (BW) is highly desirable In-depth knowledge of SAP BW modules and tools Strong experience in data modeling and ETL development. Proficiency in SAP BW query and reporting tools Familiarity with SAP integration methodologies. The consultant is expected to be onsite in Johannesburg full time
