Job Overview: As the SAP DOCS Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, roadmap, and feature prioritisation for our SAP Document Management System. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP technologies, document management processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Working at NTT Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Vision: - Develop and communicate the strategic vision and goals for the SAP Document Management System. - Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements. Requirement Definition and Prioritisation: - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, document management teams, and IT professionals to define and prioritise DOCS platform requirements. - Analyse and prioritise feature requests, enhancements, and defect resolutions. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with SAP architects, developers, business analysts, and compliance officers to ensure the seamless integration of DOCS with other SAP modules and business processes. - Foster collaboration and communication across teams to achieve common goals. Feature Development and Release Planning: - Prioritise features and enhancements based on business value, user experience, and industry best practices. - Collaborate with development teams to plan and execute releases in alignment with business priorities. Quality Assurance and Testing: - Define acceptance criteria for user stories and ensure that delivered features meet specified criteria for performance, security, and compliance. - Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop testing strategies and validate the quality of DOCS platform releases. User Training and Support: - Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions for DOCS platform users. - Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, addressing questions and issues related to document management processes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or related degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a focus on SAP Document Management System. - In-depth knowledge of SAP DOCS modules, document management best practices, and compliance requirements. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools. - Certification in SAP Document Management or related field is a plus.
