COMMENCEMENT: As soon as possible QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE South African citizens/residents are preferred. SAP Certification FICO IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications/certifications 5 years IT / Finance related experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects Understanding accounting business processes/customer processes Results orientated. ESSENTIAL SKILLS: SAP FICO SAP SD (MM) Config and design ITSM Remedy Ticket handling / SLA management Agile methodology Strong understanding of the Finance and Controlling Modules and business processes integrated with the General Ledger and Controlling Profitability Reporting. Working understanding of Integration back into Other Modules for key Touch Points to the Finance Module. Integration testing/guidance for impacts to Business processes in the Finance arena. ADVANTAGEOUS TECHNICAL SKILLS Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter attitude, someone who takes initiative and can work without constant supervision Deadline driven Problem-solving skills Analytical Ability to work under pressure Ability to submit deliverables on time whilst meeting the required quality standards Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project and maintenance environment Above-board work ethics Willingness to travel as required but currently not a regular requirement Must be able to work office hours in the office or from home as required also to CET / GMT Perform additional tasks when required from team lead Find solutions to difficult problems In most cases language and cultural barriers have to be overcome with the client base. Debugging/systems analysis Strong Integration / Cross Modular Strong business analysis / interpersonal skills ROLE: Work Required is to provide Daily Support to Goodwood Finance Departments Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP FI and CO Handle all Day-to-Day operations for the SAP FI and CO queries/tickets raised Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. Design, customize, configure, and testing of SAP modules Identify gaps, and issues, and work around solutions. Document functional designs, test cases, and results Work self-directed and independently.
