SAP Platform & CPI Consultant long-term contract ESSENTIAL SKILLS Technical Skills / Technology Groovy Scripting (Essential) CPI (Cloud Platform Integration, SAP Success Factors) Essential SAP SolMan, Web Logic Application server and development, SAP Hana, Oracle DB and SQL, Cloud Technologies, DEVOPS ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS Interface experience (On-Prem SAP), IT Security, AWS & ITSM, JIRA QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications / 5 years of experience RESPONSIBILITIES Groovy scripting Extensive experience in IT middleware architectures based on SuccessFactors. Completes the specification, product selection and design of hardware / infrastructure components to implement a technology architecture. Supports license management of all used software. Ensures license compliance for the products. Design and Rollout support to various locations Harmonisation of deletion concept Definition of development guidelines Patch steering of non-cloud infrastructure. Steering of Role requirements Project steering and alignments between various Products Strong knowledge on web infrastructure Architecture steering Provisioning expert / Configuration Product and Sub Product Owner supporting tasks. Understand the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE documents and get sign-off from users for Business Blueprint documents. ABAP debugging beneficial (Workbench related knowledge of new development/enhancements) Preparation of testing documents and perform internal testing. Preparation of Master Data templates for various objects Integration testing with other modules Understand interfaces, E.g. RFC's processing Preparing the cut over strategy Preparing User manuals and conducting training to business process owners Go-live preparation and post Go-live support. Interaction with clients through meetings, calls and emails. Handling Tickets and Tasks with the responsibility for closing the same within defined SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) Responsible for troubleshooting issues for the system and providing support. Executing the required changes through configuration Executing the analysis and resolution of Production Support calls Raising Change Requests (CR’s) and writing Functional Specifications for them Preparing test data for testing of CR’s (Change Requests) Testing CR’s (Change Requests) and preparing test results Carrying out regression testing Interact with consultants of other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
