Analysed Data and Products - Look at trends, results and problem solving's effects Facilitate scrap attack meetings weekly and monthly. PLANS - Main driver to reduce scrap 1-4 across the plant using a systematically approach which ensure sustainable results Problem solving - do and facilitate teams for root cause analysis Scrap reduction strategies REPORTS - Maintain scrap reports for teams Analysed Data and Products - Look at trends, results and problem solving's effects SPC, Data, Corrective action reporting Record and initiate corrective action to reduce scrap Prepare monthly scrap attack reports for telcos and do the telcos. DOCUMENTS - Keep record of corrective actions and results Evaluate quality procedures related to scrap attack activities. PROJECTS - Drive and reduce scrap systematically (long-term approach for sustainability) Qualifications National Diploma, Engineering or relevant Degree Minimum of 5 years experience in tyre manufacturing environment Previous experience as project leader/ member 6 months minimum process experience Additional Information Subsidised medical aid and Provident Fund Study Assistance and Bursaries Car allowance 13th cheque Short term incentive Company cell phone/ laptop Ready to drive with Continental?
