Seafood Sales Representatives A Sales Rep position has become available within our seafood sales team. The successful candidate m ust have the following desired skills & work experience Proven Sales Track Record in the fish & seafood industry In depth product knowledge of seafood related products – fresh, chilled & frozen Ability to do demos / technical sales Ability to sell and build strong business relationship and interact with clients of all levels [Out of Home, Foodservice, Quick Service Restaurants, Retail etc.] Intellectual, mature, presentable individual with solid negotiation skills Assertive, self-motivated & energetic Analytical thinking, resilient, pro-active and taking initiative Organized & systems orientated – must be able to work under pressure Disciplined, ability to manage time effectively Job Responsibilities Brand Ambassador focussed on increasing brand presence Achieving monthly sales targets and objectives. Increasing sales volumes and increase market share. Developing new business opportunities. Co-ordinating and attending promotions and trade shows. Compiling market surveys and sales reports. Monitor competitor activity (product/pricing) & adjust sales action plans accordingly Handling customer complaints and queries.
