RPO Recruitment is currently partnering with a well-established logistics company in Cape Town to find a motivated and experienced Seafreight Team Leader. As a Seafreight Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of seafreight professionals, coordinating and overseeing all seafreight operations. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth handling and timely delivery of shipments, while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in seafreight operations within the logistics industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of seafreight processes, regulations, and documentation Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks Proficient in relevant software and systems Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Relevant qualifications or certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus Benefits Salary: R300K/yr - R350K/yr, salary negotiable Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
