Seasonal Contract Customer Service Agents Needed in Western Cape - Immediate Start - Cape Town City Centre
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer service engagements through incoming calls and respond to email queries.
Manage reservations, special requests, and customer complaints via the website.
Respond to a defined range of customer queries or inquiries, delivering appropriate and accepted resolutions.
Proactively escalate any queries to the appropriate channels, ensuring timely handling and resolution.
Demonstrate urgency in transactions by following standard operating procedures.
Requirements
Matric certificate or an equivalent qualification.
Proficient verbal and written skills.
Proven experience in customer service.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Must be unemployed.
