We have a Sectional Title Property Manager Portfolio Administrator position available for a person with more than 5 years experience in the property management industry. 1. 5 years property experience. 2. Good knowledge of the STSM Act; 3. Good knowledge of the CSOS Act; 4. Experience in compiling Residential and/or Commercial Body Corporate Budgets; 5. Experience in typing of minutes of trustee meetings, AGM, SGM meetings; 6. Fluent in English and able to communicate in a professional manner; 7. Must have a car and valid driver's license; 8. Must be available to work in the evenings to attend trustee meetings, AGM's and/or SGM's. 9. Basic accounting skills; R15 000 to R30 000 per month depending on experience
