This is an opportunity to develop individuals with the potential and capability to become part of the Supply Chain leadership team at Sedibeng Brewery in junior management roles within the Logistics function. The graduate programme will be structured along the guidelines of learning and developmental activities Formal training – the attendance of accredited formal training courses in management, leadership and technical skills that meet ECSA requirement. On-the-job training – this takes place in the departments within supply chain under the guidance of selected coaches within supply chain Each graduate trainee will be assigned to a mentor to guide them professionally throughout the entire programme and ensure their growth in the leadership roles.
