Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
Previous experience or training in welding or metal fabrication preferred
Basic understanding of welding processes and techniques
Ability to use hand tools, power tools and welding equipment safely and effectively
Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labour and work in various positions
