This position plays a crucial role in enhancing financial efficiency, data accuracy and reporting capabilities. Optimizing financial processes, ensuring efficlent financial management reporting, procedures and compliancy whilst driving continuous improvement within finance. Collaborating with finance & site finance teams to identify and implement system enhancements to streamline financial processes with accurate financial output. Providing training and guidance to team members on best practice for data entry and usage of system and latest manual and template usage. Responsibilities: ADF Prepare and implement reports from ADF Manage and attend to timely updates of ADF Build/Prepare and implement consolidation into reporting I/S; B/S Bulld/Prepare and implement consolidation pack Power Bl • Monitor and Ensure accuracy of Financial information used on Bl platform (reporting - financial on BI) Swift • Prepare adhoe reports from swift as required by EM Ассрас • Monitor and ensure all FBPs & Sites work on updated and standard Accpac methodology Systems Committee - Business Intelligence • Create and Implement reporting deck for monthly reports including budgets & forecasts Create and implement the monthly financial report Policies & Procedures Ensure implementation and adherence of accounting principles & standards within FBPs & Site finance staff Financial Manual Management Fees Distributions Shareholders Principle Manual Month-end Packs Month end & Reporting Ensure accurate & timeous month-end pack submission from FBPs to Exco for allocated sites Collaborate with FBPs, Identify & resolve problems within month end packs Build/Prepare and implement new & improved automated month-end packs to all FBPs and/or Sites Upskill Site Finance Staff Build/Prepare and implement an equalisation journal reviewing for improvement to incorporate monthly provisions and IFRS (16 journals) Ensures appropriate use of AP and AR modules Update/Correct and implement all reporting templates with approved changes or upgrades to all FBPs and Site Finance Staff Maintain an effective Chart of Accounts Year-end & Reporting Assist/Oversee FBPs, conversion of ME to YE and participate in reporting to auditors as required. Build/Prepare and implement a Year End Pack (reviewing for improvement), automated using ADF and effective adherence of rollout, preparation for YE Budgeting & Forecasting Oversee FPBs ensuring collection of required information from sites to compile budget/forecast as per FIV requirement Timeless preparation and implementation of input templates as well as reporting templates Apply accurate and consistent assumptions Ensure budget/forecast matches actual (process) Compliance Requirements: EDUCATION: • Degree (B.Com) NQF 7 WORK EXPERIENCE : • 3-5 Years related experience ( fuel retail industries advantageous ) TECHNICAL SKILLS Microsoft Office (Intermediate) Excel (Advanced) Technology Inclined, usage in-house systems and demonstrate willingness to adopt and learn now technology which could improve efficiencies Should you not receive a response within 10 working days, please consider your application as unsuccessful For any enquiries, please call 012 346 1950 R40 000 - R43 000 pm
