Senior Accounts Payable Manager - Cape Town City Centre
Ensure global payments procedures and payments processes are adhered to in line with the SLAs
Full accountability for the full accounts payable team which includes providing guidance and training as well as performance management
Ensure compliance with policies, controls and other relevant guidelines
Prepare and present KPIs
Ensure suppliers invoices are processed accurately and on time and done in adherence to the payment terms
Contribute efforts towards various projects such as system enhancements
Provide input during internal and external audits
Responsible for the reconciliations of suppliers statements and creditors
Drive a culture of improvement and compliance within the organization
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience leading high-volume teams of 15+ people
Experience operating in a multi-currency environment
Exposure to multiple jurisdictions globally is highly beneficial
Strategic mindset in solving problems and navigating risk
Experience implementing systems, processes and procedures within the AP environment
Qualification:
Relevant Finance degree
