Requirements:
- The candidate must be able to write and speak Afrikaans/English fluently.
- Candidate must also have their own vehicle.
- Any legal background will be regarded as advantageous.
- Any relevant Qualification will be advantageous.
Duties:
- Attend to clients who visit the office;
- Liaise with consultants to keep diaries up to date;
- Attend to invoices and follow up on payments;
- Prepare files for client visits;
- Attend to correspondence with clients/trade unions/CCMA;
- Draft disciplinary notices;
- Assist with the following up on matters;
- Schedule appointments;
- Prepare documentation for consultants;
- Attend to the purchasing of items required in the office.
- General administrative duties;
- Attend to filing;
- Attend to admin related tasks for the director;
- Attend to deliveries, when necessary;
- Manage the day to day running of the office.
