Conceptualise and execute award winning creative ideas Take lead in "Tier 1" conceptual campaigns Lead and inspire Art Direction best practice Manage visual identity of a brand/ brands Interact with other agency teams/ divisions to develop creative concepts Create TV/content, social, digital, print, OOH and editorial layouts and oversee shoots/productions Ensure consistency and integration of art direction across all communication channels Responsible for seeing the idea through the creative process to final sign off Work to brief and show understanding and relevance to the target market Collaborate with other colleagues in the creative department - like copywriters, designers, animators, social media managers etc. Mentor junior and mid-level art directors Develop your professional skills on a daily basis This job requires the candidate to be Johannesburg-based, and to work from the office 5 days a week. Qualifications Six plus years' experience, produced great work, and are looking to grow your skills To conceptualise and execute creative solutions that consistently and clearly communicate our clients' brand identities, positioning and messaging through all brand touchpoints.
