Minimum requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience post admission as an attorney
Must have appeared in arbitration proceedings in the CCMA or a bargaining and an award must have been issued
Must have extensive Labour Court experience, including having appeared in the Labour Court in motion proceedings
Strong academic background
Attending consultations with client Appear on behalf of the firms clients in arbitration proceedings in the CCMA and bargaining councils
Drafting of Labour Court pleadings and notices, attend pre-trial meetings and appear in the Labour Court, both applications and trials
Attend to other labour related enquiries Work independently
