Your Grade 12 with Accounting, Certificate or Diploma in Bookkeeping/Accounting or equivalent as well as 5 years experience in bookkeeping/ accounting function will enable you to:

Maintain fixed assets register

Preparation/review of payment requests
Processing weekly payments on the bank
Assist in the preparation of management accounts, financial statements and annual budget
Compile specific balance sheet reconciliation schedules
Prepare VAT and turnover reconciliations
Assist in the process of salaries of all staff of entire Group of companies and related administration processes
Preparation of weekly cashflow
Assist Financial Manager and Accountants to fulfill other responsibilities within the Finance Department
