Hire Resolve is partnering with a leading company in the heavy manufacturing/mining industry to hire a Senior Bookkeeper. As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for the financial management and bookkeeping tasks within the organisation. You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records for the company. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers Prepare and review financial statements, including trial balances and balance sheets Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow projections Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Ensure adherence to accounting principles and company policies Requirements Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping. 3 - 5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in the heavy manufacturing/mining industry Accounting Package Proficiency - Sage, XERO, Pastel Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong code of ethics Own transport essential Benefits Salary: R250K/yr - R450K/yr, negotiable Training & Development Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move today Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
