Reference: JHB002044-RH-1My client is looking for a Senior Business and Financial Analyst to join their team and play a key management role in identifying, analysing, evaluating and executing corporate action projects, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and expansions. Must have 5 years work experience with completed BCom Finance / Business Sciences / Economics (i.e. CGMA, CFA); Chartered Accountant CA(SA) or Engineering with a background in finance or business (MBA, CFA or similar program). Required work experience in either M&A, deal-making, lead advisory or transaction services. Responsibilities: Providing end-to-end financial and business advisory services Lead Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) - end-to-end deal process, including deal origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, transactionexecution and implementation. Develop Valuations and Financial Models - forecasts, earnings normalisation, DCF valuation models, etc Conduct Business Feasibility Studies and Investment Analyses - develop financial models and analysis of financial statements & perform business and financial analysis on industry role-players and competitors and report to Management/Exco Drive Transaction Designs - Identify structures within the agribusinesses that can be redesigned to enhance profits & investigate new markets or commodities R 620 000 - R 700 000 - Annually Apply Now
