Senior Change Manager - - Johannesburg

We are currently looking for a Senior Change Manager to join our team. This is a 6 month contract position based in Johannesburg.

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
Relevant Degree
PROSCI/ADKAR change management certification or designation desired
At least 8 years experience as a change manager
Have a proven track record in facilitating multiple, technical programme/project streams, simultaneously, with various inter-dependencies
Have the ability to adapt to alter methodology wherever the programme/project may be in its life-cycle
Possess the skills to adapt to, understand and respect the clients culture and foster an environment which allows for collaborative team-effort between the various stakeholders of the programme/project, thereby eliminating unnecessary escalations (where possible) and improving the team morale
Be proactive in providing in mitigating risks and providing solutions by communicating to through the correct project channels
