Requirements The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Obtain quotes from Insurers - Issuing of new policies - Renewal Processing - Amendments - Complete compliance requirements on each policy - Process and handle claim screenings and risk requirements - Mentor junior staff Minimum qualifications in Short term insurance: - Full FAIS accreditation - RE5 - CPD hours up to date Experience: - Min 5 years Commercial Underwriting experience - Binder/Outsource experience preferable - Knowledge of Insurer Systems and Insurance Admin Systems will be preferred Benefits - Medical Aid Company contribution - Group Life Scheme - Retirement Annuity Company contribution
