CONTRACTS MANAGER - Johannesburg Manage all company customer and supplier contracts. Liaison between the company, its subcontractors, and major customers, which includes National Treasury, Commercial and GMA customers. Responsible for the reporting on these major accounts. REQUIREMENTS Basic contract law (BA Law LLB / BCOM Law LLB will be an advantage) SAP or enterprise level ERP exposure Intermediary/Advanced knowledge of MS suite of applications Good understanding of tender requirements, documents and processes 5-7 years' experience in a similar role High level of numeracy Attention to detail and accuracy Methodical, passionate, and organized Good communication skills on all levels Work well within a team but also be able to manage own time to meet deadlines and work with limited supervision, take responsibility for role Reliable and punctual Innovative and forward thinker Stable working track record with contactable references Fluent in English (read, write, and speak) Preference will be given to EE applicants KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the relationship between the company and its subcontractors. Drafting and overseeing subcontractor, dealer, and other agreements. Subcontractor risk analysis and onboarding Monthly / Quarterly reporting to subcontractors and National Treasury. Overseeing all major contracts and tenders, including RT3 both internally and externally. Facilitating Global Major Account contracts, the implementation, reporting and relationships. Review and facilitate customer and supplier contracts internally. Provide branch support on the review and drafting of customer SLA's. Escalate contracts where necessary for external legal advice. Ad-hoc legal and contracts administration. Tender assessments and risk analysis Digitizing and automation of the contract process Finance related functions: supplier and subcontractor rebate calculations, reporting to Treasury on subcontracting Desired Skills: Contract Management ICT Industry RT3 Tenders Contracts Desired Work Experience: 5 to 10 years
