Our client based in Durban is looking for a Senior Debtors & Costing Clerk to join their team. Responsible for the full debtors function. Processing of invoice / credit notes daily. Tracking of all invoices. Chasing of oustanding installations and orders. Creating performa invoices and tracking deposits from customers / clients and chasing final payments if needed. Ensuring final invoices are sent to customers upon job completion and ensuring payment thereof. Assist with insurance claims. Perform recons - ensure all closed services per month have been invoiced for. Assist with job costings. Assist with rentals / lease agreements and payments. Monthly cost of sales reports. Annual certifications. Manages WIP / checks proformas are converted correctly to invoices and distributed to client. Manages allocation of receipt from / to WIP and daily receipts to closed jobs. Relevant tertiary qualification. Experience in a similar role. Experience in a manufacturing / industrial / engineering environment - advantageous. Proficient in Excel (v-lookups / h-lookups / formulae) Experience with Xero is advantageous.
