- Banish bugs and troubleshoot issues faster than you can say "syntax error."
- Participate in code reviews, sharing your wisdom like Yoda to young padawans.
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest tech trends, because who doesnt love a good trend?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or you've hacked into the Matrix.
- Proven experience as a Software Developer with mad skills in Delphi and C#.
- Mastery of object-oriented programming (OOP) you dream in objects and classes.
- Database design and SQL prowess you can navigate them blindfolded.
- Git-fu you have version control superpowers.
- Problem-solving ninja with an eagle eye for detail.
- Stellar communication skills and the ability to work well with humans and robots.
- Web development wizardry (ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS you know, the usual suspects).
- Knowledge of Agile development you can sprint without breaking a sweat.
- Familiarity with software testing tools because your code deserves to be flawless.
