We are seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in C#, API Connect, and related tools to join our dynamic Information Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing custom solutions within the Salesforce platform, as well as integrating systems using API Connect. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of software development best practices. Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the Salesforce platform, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions that meet business needs. Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using API Connect, ensuring seamless communication and data consistency. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in C# for backend development tasks, including API development and data manipulation. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and trends, and proactively recommend enhancements to optimize system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, address technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8-15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce, C#, and API Connect. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are highly desirable. Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with API Connect or similar API management platforms, including API design, development, and integration. Proficiency in C# programming language and related technologies/frameworks such as .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, best practices, and design patterns. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
