Purpose of Role Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropy South Africa is seeking a Digital Transformation Project Lead to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of digital strategies aimed at driving organisational growth and efficiency. As part of the Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropy Group, we are dedicated to supporting and strengthening the entrepreneurship ecosystem, fostering a culture of responsible entrepreneurship, and providing essential support for entrepreneurs. In addition, we aim to contribute to the thriving ecosystem for our sister entities, the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation and E2. Objectives of Role Analyse existing business processes for digital improvement opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear business requirements for digital projects. Lead selection and implementation of digital solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Utilise data analysis to provide insights and optimize digital processes. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding of project goals Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, and project deliverables. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization. Experience and Qualifications Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum Experience: 5 – 8 years proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on digital transformation projects. Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Project management experience and proficiency in project management tools. Competencies Innovative with an Entrepreneurial Mindset. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, excellent time management, and organisational skills. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and a self-starter. Strong team player with a demonstrated willingness to learn. Results-oriented, professional, and driven to achieve excellence. Effective communication skills, both written and oral, with internal and external partners. Proficiency in Excel and analytical skills for data manipulation and analysis. Competence in statistical software is advantageous. Passion for data-driven decision-making in the development sector. Ability to excel in an unstructured, complex, and fast-paced environment.
