Our client is seeking a talented Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer to join their Cape Town team. Act as Project Technical Lead and be responsible for the design and compliance of a variety of electrical and electronic building services projects. Job Description: Participate in a variety of designs for Electrical and Electronic Building Services Prepare documentation, including specifications, tender proposals, and contracts for construction projects Strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee project management processes Prepare and submit bids and tenders for project opportunities Ensure high levels of client satisfaction are achieved and maintained Uphold strict adherence to the company's Quality Management Systems Provide training and mentorship to junior team members Showcase the company's capabilities and strengths to potential clients Effectively manage project resources, revenue streams, and address any variances Skills & Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical building services design projects Minimum 3 years post registration Electrical or electronic building services projects experience in various power project development phases, as well as various types of developments Proven construction monitoring and contract administration experience Qualification: Eng or B. Sc Electrical Engineering Professionally Registered (ECSA) Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
