Act as Project Technical Lead and be responsible for the design and compliance of a variety of electrical and electronic building services projects. Job Description:Participate in a variety of designs for Electrical and Electronic Building ServicesPrepare documentation, including specifications, tender proposals, and contracts for construction projectsStrategically plan, coordinate, and oversee project management processesPrepare and submit bids and tenders for project opportunitiesEnsure high levels of client satisfaction are achieved and maintainedUphold strict adherence to the company's Quality Management SystemsProvide training and mentorship to junior team membersShowcase the company's capabilities and strengths to potential clientsEffectively manage project resources, revenue streams, and address any variancesSkills & Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical building services design projectsMinimum 3 years post registrationElectrical or electronic building services projects experience in various power project development phases, as well as various types of developmentsProven construction monitoring and contract administration experienceQualification:Eng or B. Sc Electrical EngineeringProfessionally Registered (ECSA)Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
