This includes budgeting, product costing, procurement, stock control, waste reporting, logistics, salaries, and much more. Your strong aptitude for systems and automation will be crucial as we implement new ERP and time and attendance systems.Required Qualifications CA(SA) / CIMA qualification. Technical Competencies & Experience: 3-5 years of post-article experience in an FMCG production environment. Proven track record in financial management. Syspro experience. Budgeting and financial planning. Product costing and margin management. Procurement and import management. Stock control and waste reporting. Logistics and warehousing cost management. IT oversight. Fixed asset management. Behavioural Competencies: Positive, proactive, results-driven attitude. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills – verbal & written. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Excellent leadership skills. Negotiations skills. IMPORTANT -Only candidates meeting the minimum requirements will be considered.
