One of the TOP banks in S.A. is looking for an experienced and passionate finance individual with strong strategic skill set to join their Finance Strategy team in JHB. This is a hybrid role. Looking for serious candidates, with a clear ITC (Credit record), clear fraud and clear criminal record. Great track record as reference checks will be conducted upfront. Before the client conducts interviews, psychometric assessments will need to take place first. Responsibilities: Research Project management Data analysis Strategy development and implementation Business planning Strategy monitoring Stakeholder engagement and management Must have: Completed Matric BCom / Business Science / Economics / B.Sc. degree MBA CA / CFA No less than 8 years' experience within financial services Strategy development experience from strategy consulting firm No less than 3 years' project / change management experience PLUS point if worked as a Management Consultant, with strategy development experience with focus on the other Africa territories Technology exposure: Microsoft Office Power BI Data Analytical tools Microsoft strategy Micro strategy Attributes / skills: Decision maker Business Advisor Innovator Excellent communication Influencer Action orientated Business writing Presentation Financial acumen Knowledge: Banking procedures Industry trends Regulatory Systems Risk management Operations Apply Now
