A Multinational Marketing and Media Powerhouse is seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Analyst to join their dynamic team Embark on an exciting journey where you'll play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and strategic insights for their esteemed division. Minimum Requirements: CA (SA) / CIMA qualification with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Advanced Excel skills and Hyperion and familiarity with finance databases. Previous experience in team management and project leadership preferred. Performance Areas (Responsibilities): Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organisational objectives. Facilitate budgeting, forecasting, and target setting processes for the division. Present financial reports and insights to senior management, contributing to informed decision-making. Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement and cost optimisation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and project management efforts. Oversee external reporting and statutory financials, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
