If so, we want to hear from you Position Overview: As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making and contribute to the overall success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Prepare detailed financial models and reports to support strategic initiatives and business decisions. Analyze financial performance against key metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop annual operating plans and long-term financial projections. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed to support business objectives. Serve as a subject matter expert on financial matters, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed. Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies, identifying and addressing any areas of concern. Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and support external auditors during annual audits. Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial analysis and reporting. Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or related field. Sound knowledge of IFRS and taxation rules. SAP and HFM system experience. Advanced Excel skills.
