Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end aspects of scalable web applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features. Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications across various devices and platforms. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve development processes. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance development processes and practices. Provide guidance to junior developers. Minimum of 3 years of experience in web application development. Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and T-SQL. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative in challenging situations. Ability to develop all aspects of applications/services without assistance. Logical research, planning, and execution skills based on service/application requirements. Experience in planning, developing, and providing user training/assistance for web-based services and applications. Familiarity with API services, connection services between external applications, and automation services. Knowledge of responsive user interface applications, PHP socket communications, and PHP PDF reporting services. Experience in maintaining and debugging existing applications and services. Proficiency in planning, constructing, and maintaining MS SQL databases. Basic MS server administrative duties. Ability to create, maintain, and assist administrative users in MS Excel workbooks. Additional Skills: Must thrive in high-pressure environments and work effectively under stress. Demonstrated ability to apply own time management skills effectively. Proven capability to prioritize between projects and tasks efficiently. Track record of consistently delivering on target dates and meeting project deadlines. Advantageous Skills: Experience in developing and maintaining MQTT servers. MS IIS server management. Knowledge of SQL server security. Knowledge of MS server security. Knowledge of Email Security. Command-line (BAT) service creations. Experience with Raspberry Pi. cPanel configuration and maintenance. Generating and maintaining SSL certifications. DNS record maintenance. Analytical reporting.
