Duties & Responsibilities Outputs: Technical knowledge of computers, operating systems and widely used computer applications. Ability to troubleshoot to determine the best solution based on a problem presented by a user. Ability to build, configure and repair computer hardware and other devices Ability to learn and support third party applications. Knowledge of computer networks and router configurations. Installation and configuration processes Administrative Process Desired Experience & Qualification Experience, Skills and Knowledge: Minimum of 5 years' help desk experience Knowledge of computer hardware. Ability to understand various devices with more complex configurations. Helpful nature with the ability to communicate with clients in a professional manner. Ability to understand and resolve problems. Problem solver with the ability to mentor more junior staff in the team. Microsoft Office Applications. Microsoft Operating Systems. Network Protocols. Qualifications: Essential - A Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) Beneficial - B.Tech, B.Com or B.Sc. Computer Science or Information Systems or B.Eng.
