Derivco is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior IT Engineer to be part of our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: IT Engineering Service Delivery Building and automation of production Infrastructure. Design and implementation of monitoring and alerts aligned with standards Monitoring of systems to identify incident trends and implement preventative actions to mitigate future occurrences. Monitoring of system performance to identify anomalies or trends. Design solutions and drive the delivery of mid-level projects with outcomes that are resilient and future-proof. Automation of existing deployment processes. Maintenance of continuous delivery/deployment using automation tools for containerization or orchestration. Providing technical expertise and participating in the development process and improvement of the product. Working with development teams to implement fixes for recurring incidents or problems. Planning for medium-sized IT engineering projects. Complete allocated work items on IT engineering projects. Creation, maintenance and review of documentation. Knowledge, Practices and Continuous Improvement Alignment and implementation of the team's IT engineering practices. Recommendations to improve the IT engineering practices within a team. Creation and delivery of knowledge sharing on IT engineering practices and standards. Support and guidance of team members. Conducting code reviews. Stakeholder Management Provides regular and meaningful updates to senior Internal and external stakeholders. Technical Competencies: You should have: A minimum of four years experience in a similar Senior IT role Experience coaching and mentoring team members Proven experience in the following: Microsoft SQL IIS Administration Web APIs Microsoft PowerShell Microsoft Windows Server Azure DevOps Why Join Derivco ?
