As a Senior Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our client;s finance team, contributing to strategic decision-making and driving cost-saving initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, identify opportunities for efficiency improvement, and implement solutions to optimize our cost structure. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the financial performance of the organization while contributing to the company's long-term success. Lead the development and implementation of strategic cost-saving initiatives across various business units. Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify areas of inefficiency and recommend actionable solutions. Collaborate with operations teams to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation. Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to support decision-making at the executive level. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against cost-saving targets and drive continuous improvement. Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support strategic planning and decision-making. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in cost management and share knowledge within the organization. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; r CIMA certification preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in management accounting roles within the industrial manufacturing sector. Proven track record of driving cost-saving initiatives and delivering measurable results. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices. R750 000 CTC to R980 000 CTC per annum based on experience and qualifications
