Lead and manage the internal marketing team Oversee digital marketing and platform performance Maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Brand budgeting Analyse customer insights and market trends within Banking/Finanicial Services sectors Create and maintain analytics reports Track and analyse marketing initiatives Matric / Grade 12 Tertiary Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Finance At least 5 years marketing management experience gained within Banking / Financial Services environment In-depth knowledge of banking regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Well-versed in online marketing tactics and social media strategy. Salary Market Related
