ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 10 years relevant industry experience.Understanding of animation and storytelling.Researching industry trends and developments and learning new applications.Skill in and understanding of 2D and 3D animation programs. (Adobe After Effects and Blender).Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and computer skills.Attention to detail, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback and direction.Ability to work independently or with a team to develop animations and solve problems.Relate well to people and show evidence of good teamwork.Able to solve problems and apply creative thinking skills.Project management skills.Ability to lead by example as a senior member of staff, and be a leader that the creative team can look up to and emulate.
