Experience and Knowledge: 4 years experience, in Node.js or JavaScript Backend development. Experience working with MongoDB Experience incorporating GDPR and POPIA Atlassian tool suite (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence) Experience in AWS Cloud Tech, , or AWS Serverless - advantageous. Strong JavaScript language understanding - Promises, ECMAScript 6, extensive functional programming language knowledge, HTML5 and CSS3, Git, Swagger. Experience with an array of web services: JSON or XML. Extensive experience using Cloud-based IDE's and CI/CD pipelines like Bitrise, CodeMagic, Fastlane, AWS pipelines, CircleCI. Experience writing and maintaining end to end tests. Have a thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system. Experience of working in an Agile / Scrum team. Role: You will get the opportunity to develop software solutions and participate in the end-to-end engineering process (design, develop and deploy) from the initial requirement through to production.
