Senior Operations Analyst - Faerie Glen
Our client in the credit industry requires the services of a passionate and qualified individual to expand its dynamic team for enhancement of services to the clients. Permanent position (with a probation period) Job Purpose: To provide first line support to clients on banking products and assist to process electronic files for clients. Role Responsibilities: Take accountability for client Bank files. Ensure that files are processed, and feedback is supplied to clients per update file. Confirm file layouts from clients and submissions to the Bank. Identify problems, communicate problems and follow up with the Bank or technical team Ensure that feedback files are created per client request. Maintain effective system information and ensure updates occur timeously. Address client queries. Ensure client process documentation is up-to date. Check client and Bank Limits. Monitor Account Verification Service-Realtime system and report any issues to BANK /Client Ensure that alerts are resolved. Preferred Requirements: Previous experience related to bank collections / processes: Different collection types including Debicheck Account Verification Incident Management with external parties (Banks) Diploma in an administrative field A minimum of 5-year experience in a similar role 5 years’ experience in MS Office, especially Word and Excel Sound knowledge of Bank and Insurance industry Personality Attributes: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Confidentiality Should exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills to complete the assigned work effectively Honest and trustworthy Ability to work in a team and as an individual Good presentation skills Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
