A company based in Richardsbay is looking for a Senior Planner to join their team on a 6-month renewable contract. CV to Lea.wilken mediro-ict. co. za Duties: Compile a consolidated schedule for the project by combining all available information and sub-schedules available. Coordinate the planning and scheduling function for the project. Stakeholder management Ensure process and resource optimization. Develop and maintain the project schedule on Microsoft projects / Primavera. Proactively obtain progress updates from construction personnel or appointed contractors Field validation of construction progress Integration of project schedules into project master plan Compile weekly and monthly schedule progress reports and S-Curve development. Flag schedule risks to management. Identify mitigations for schedule risks and issues. About: Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the purpose of this role is to oversee the overall planning function and ensure effective scheduling of all activities across the project. Education & Skills: Primavera Certification Engineering Qualification will be advantageous. SAP and Primavera Superuser Microsoft Projects 10 - 15 years in project planning environment Exposure to large-scale projects Boiler construction experience will be advantageous.
