Senior Programme/Project Manager - - Johannesburg

As a Senior Program Manager at +Onex, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing complex programs from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of program management in financial sector, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Define project scope, objectives, and timelines, and develop comprehensive project plans to guide the execution process.
Effectively allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to meet project requirements and milestones.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively, implementing contingency plans as needed to keep programs on track.

Qualifications:
