Key Responsibilities: - Understand the end-to-end process for implementing CRM systems - Understand the scope of what needs to be delivered and translate this into a project plan - Plan and control project schedules (plans) with relevant stream leads / business analysts and delivery partners - Control project quality with relevant stream leads / business analysts and delivery partners - Allocate and Control stream leads / business analysts and their deliverables. This includes the delivery partners - Control project scope with the steering committee and stakeholders - Manage project risks/incidents with relevant stream leads / business analysts, steering committee and stakeholders Manage change brought about by the project implementations with relevant stream leads / business analysts, steering committee, and stakeholders - Ensure that prevailing governance structures and processes are followed - Timeously providing consolidated weekly and monthly reports on assigned projects - Reporting on Project budget vs. actual expenditure, Arising and current Governance matters, Identifying risks and issues, Project Progress - Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with all HI stakeholders concerning ongoing projects Required Knowledge, Experience, and Skills: - 5 - 8 years experience as a Project Manager in the IT environment managing projects from inception to closeout - At least 5 years experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects - Proven track record in successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions - Experience in using Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies - Very strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills - Very good written and verbal communication at the Senior Management level - Experience within Insurance advantageous - A combination of initiation, integration, and completion skills - Accurate quality work output - Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills Educational Requirements: - Matric - Bachelor’s Degree - A recognized Project management qualification
