RPO Recruitment is currently partnering with a reputable real estate company in South Africa to find an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing real estate development projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This includes managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the real estate industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for this role. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction, or related field Minimum 8 years of experience in project management in the real estate industry Proven experience in successfully managing and delivering real estate development projects Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and tools Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities Experience in managing project budgets, schedules, and resources Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards Flexibility to travel as required Benefits Salary: negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact RPO Recruitment for our next career opportunity.
