Our client based in Bellville is looking for a Senior Property Analyst with 4 years-experience in property investments to join their team. A recent professional profile photo is to accompany your application EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent SECTOR : Finance BASIC SALARY : Market Related START DATE : Immediate REQUIREMENTS: Bcom degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field. A Property Investment related degree will be advantageous 4 or more years’ of experience in property investment/property finance structuring Experience in auditing, banking and/or sales and marketing will be advantageous Driver’s license and own transport preferable Microsoft Office Suite proficiency DUTIES: Network and market by developing relationships with intermediaries and other role players in the property and finance industry in order to generate deal flow Design deal structures that will accommodate the client’s needs as well as comply with the company’s policies Conduct due diligence in order to determine viability of investment in commercial properties to improve the existing property portfolio, equity investment in joint ventures relating to commercial properties and providing funding to SME’s who wish to purchase their own business properties Compile investment proposal report for submission to and approval by the relevant investment committees Portfolio management (maintain relationships with clients and attend management meetings for equity investments in joint ventures) HOURS: Mon – Thurs: 08:00 – 17:00 Fri: 08:00 – 16:30 Should you meet all the requirements, apply on our website at www.statusstaffing.com today.
