We are seeking a SENIOR PROPERTY ANALYST (Property Investment) for a permanent vacancy based in CT - West Coast This is an excellent career opportunity for an energetic young professional to be part of a winning team in an established company operating in South Africa and other African Countries. Candidates should possess the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, have excellent negotiation skills and be results driven. If you have a BCom degree with strong accounting/numeracy skills, we look forward to hearing from you. Applicants are required to meet the following criteria in full: BCom Degree in Accounting / Finance o r another business-related field. A property investment-related degree will be advantageous. 4 years experience in property investment/property finance structuring Experience in auditing, banking, and/or sales and marketing The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Networking and marketing by developing relationships Design deal structures that will accommodate the client’s needs Conduct all required due diligence on investment in commercial properties; equity investment in the joint ventures; providing funding to SMEs Compile investment proposal reports Portfolio management (maintain relationships with clients and attend management meetings for equity investments in joint ventures) Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience To apply email a detailed CV and all supporting documentation to marchelsheldon.co.za with the position title in the subject line If you have not received a response within 14 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful
