Senior Property Lawyer - Cape Town City Centre
Functions:
Requirements:
- Responsible for drafting, reviewing and advising on legal agreements
- Responsible for managing contracts and related issues and to ensure policies and procedures are up to date and are being enforced
- Will be responsible for compliance and risk management in respect of property unit trust
Requirements:
- Minimum B. Com LLB Degree with a post graduate LLM in Taxation / H. Dip Tax
- Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer
- 8 - 10 Years of post articles experience
- Experience in drafting and vetting property acquisition, disposal and lease agreements is a must
