Senior Property Lawyer - Cape Town City Centre

Functions:

  • Responsible for drafting, reviewing and advising on legal agreements
  • Responsible for managing contracts and related issues and to ensure policies and procedures are up to date and are being enforced
  • Will be responsible for compliance and risk management in respect of property unit trust

Requirements:

  • Minimum B. Com LLB Degree with a post graduate LLM in Taxation / H. Dip Tax
  • Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer
  • 8 - 10 Years of post articles experience
  • Experience in drafting and vetting property acquisition, disposal and lease agreements is a must
