You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers. Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates to ensure a strong fit with client requirements
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation
Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in a senior role
Strong understanding of Recruitment and the ability to grasp technical and specialized roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
