As a Professional Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our team, focusing on identifying and securing top-tier talent for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates to ensure a strong fit with client requirements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in a senior role
- Strong understanding of Recruitment and the ability to grasp technical and specialized roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification (related to business) with good academics
- Two years sales experience with exposure to cold calling
- A track record of achievements
- An ambition to be the best version of yourself
- Must be between the age of 22 35
- Have your own vehicle
Education:- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or equivalent experience
